Access to robust, real-time data and a faster, easier way to connect with other community providers can give human service networks the agility we need to better address complex and constantly adapting social problems. The Collaboration Hub is a demonstration project in partnership with the Fostering Hope Initiative to develop an integrated human service network capable of improving individuals’ lives, strengthening the community and reducing the cost of care in Oregon’s Marion and Polk counties.
Building a Robust Human Service System
We need a human service system that is better able to learn from the information, events and resources that flow through the community relationships connecting us. But a cookie-cutter approach to building a robust human service system won’t work. Every community is unique, and a high-functioning human service network must be grown locally – and incrementally.
Join the Hub
All human service organizations and providers in Marion and Polk counties are welcome to participate in the Collaboration Hub. Existing members include the various independent social service and behavioral health providers who are members of the Fostering Hope Initiative in Salem, Ore.
We will publish reports on the Hub’s progress on this site, and members of the initiative will receive specific data regarding their programs. To join us, or to receive Hub reports by email, please contact us.
