Curandi is a nonprofit mutual benefit membership network growing the effectiveness and sustainability of local human service systems by improving the capability of each organization and aligning its work with the work of others to achieve shared goals.

Curandi helps connect human and social service agencies in Marion and Polk counties to a growing, local membership network. Curandi provides member agencies with easy-to-use technology – ActivateCare - that automates the documentation and improves care coordination to deliver results for people, families, or neighborhoods. Members benefit from real-time, data-driven feedback to inform action for their own clients and to cooperate rapidly with other agencies on shared care plans

Network members experience the mutual benefits of collaboration and shared learning that continuously improve outcomes for clients, and strengthen the community, leading to real change.

Curandi promotes a modern understanding of how systems work and translates that knowledge into human service integration vital for education and healthcare. Our pilot projects show how actively supported collaboration, technological tools, a library of resources and continuous learning contribute to strong, integrated community support systems capable of making real change and adapting to continue meeting the community’s needs over time.
